Getting there and planning

From Grant Grove, continue east for about 12 miles on Highway 180, turn right onto Hume Road, then go roughly four miles past Christian Camps to the signed Aspen Hollow turn. Follow it about three-quarters of a mile to the entrance. This is a seasonal campground, so confirm opening dates before planning around it. Hume Lake is about a mile away for swimming, trout fishing and non-motorized boating. The campsite fee does not cover Kings Canyon National Park's entrance fee.
