The yellow building is not a surviving Valley Railway depot; the park built it to echo the scale and details of the old stations. Original depots were painted red, while modern park-built stations use yellow. The Valley Railway began service in 1880, carrying coal, stone, sand, crops, and other regional goods north to Cleveland.
