Blanket Leaf Picnic Area is a shady picnic ground on Erskine Falls Road between Lorne and Erskine Falls. It makes a useful pause for lunch or a breather before a waterfall walk, rather than a stop that needs a long visit.
Accessible picnic tables, fireplaces and some shelter make this a practical place to stop. There's also a basic restroom; the toilet type and access details aren't clear.
A walking track leads from the picnic area, and visitors use it for walks toward Cora Lynn Cascades. The route distance and endpoint aren't clear enough to plan from one number, so check the current track map before setting out. The track can be muddy or slippery after rain.
