Milarrochy Bay Camping and Caravanning Club Site is a managed campsite on the eastern shore of Loch Lomond, about a mile beyond Balmaha. It is for tents, caravans and motorhomes, with grass and hardstanding pitches, including electric hook-ups. Choose it for the setting and access to the water, not for a resort-style stay: some grass pitches are sloping, and the site is a working base for outdoor days.

The West Highland Way runs straight past the entrance, and the site is close to the car park used for walks up Ben Lomond. Canoes, kayaks and windsurfers can be launched and stored on site, so the loch is part of the stay rather than just a view. Jet-skis are not allowed, and fishing is not permitted directly from the site; fishing elsewhere on Loch Lomond needs the relevant permit and rod licence.

There is a shop, Wi-Fi, flushing toilets, showers, accessible facilities, a parent-and-baby room, dishwashing and laundry. A dog walk, play area, motorhome service point and backpacker facilities cover the practical details. The B837 approach from Balmaha is the obvious arrival route. Reviews repeatedly praise the loch views and walking access, while some describe the facilities as dated, so expect a functional campsite whose location does most of the work.
