Overview
Beddgelert Information Centre is the Park Authority's staffed planning base in Canolfan Hebog, a former chapel in the middle of Beddgelert. It is easy to recognize from the slate-and-pink stone frontage, but its real value is inside: this is where you can turn a loose idea for the day into a workable plan.

Its sales area carries maps, guidebooks, local crafts, and souvenirs, which is particularly useful when you want a proper paper route or a small local gift rather than another phone search.
Use it before choosing between a village and riverside wander, the Aberglaslyn valley, or a longer mountain outing. Staff advice is most useful when weather or energy changes your plan, but this is a planning stop rather than a destination that needs a special detour. Nearby public parking is in the village, so expect a short walk to the centre rather than a dedicated parking area at the door.
