Bighorn Mountain Biking is the bike-rental concession at Dead Horse Point’s main mountain-bike trailhead, about a mile south of the entrance station. It rents traditional and electric mountain bikes and arranges guided rides. Book ahead: walk-up bikes aren’t always available, so don’t count on getting one on arrival.

The Intrepid Trail System has more than 17 miles of non-motorized trails. Bighorn describes its Dead Horse Point routes as beginner to intermediate, with views toward Canyonlands, the Colorado River and the La Sal Mountains. Private guided rides are available by reservation, with trailside support and flat-tire help.
Getting to the trailheadPark entry is required per vehicle.
Park entry is required per vehicle. If the primary mountain-bike lot is full, the park’s backup lot is north of the Visitor Center and reserved for mountain bikers in that situation.
