Moenkopi Yurts is a drive-up cluster of five yurts at Dead Horse Point State Park, separate from the Wingate lodging area. Each sleeps up to six on a bunk and full-size futon. It works well as an overnight base between exploring the park and riding its trails. Bring your own bedding; none is supplied.

Each yurt has a mini fridge and microwave, plus an outdoor propane grill with propane supplied. Modern restrooms are an easy walk away. Use the park's water spigots for drinking, cooking and cleaning, not bathing; the park has no natural water source, so conserve water. Moenkopi allows up to two pets per yurt; keep them leashed outside and crate them if left indoors.

A private spur from the yurts connects with the Intrepid Mountain Biking Trail System. That's a useful setup if riding is part of your visit: you can get onto the trail network from camp without driving to another trailhead.
