This Trail 6 loop is 4.8 km / about 3.0 mi TOTAL, with roughly 60 m (about 200 ft) of gain and a typical hiking time of 2–3 hours. The route follows dirt multi-use trail along Patricia Lake near the Patricia Lake Bungalows, then continues around the Cottonwood Slough area before returning to the trailhead. Expect roots and uneven footing; bikes and horseback riders also use the corridor, and it is not stroller-friendly.
