About Pyramid Lookout Trail
Pyramid Overlook Trail follows Parks Canada’s Trail 2b from the P7 parking area to the red chairs on the Pyramid Bench. It is a forested out-and-back with a steady climb, open windows toward Pyramid and Patricia Lakes, and a rewarding overlook above the Pyramid Lake road corridor.

Start at P7 on Pyramid Lake Road and follow the signed Trail 2b corridor toward the Pyramid Overlook. The stored line follows the physical route once for about 1.64 miles (2.63 km) to the chairs; the visitor distance is about 3.3 miles (5.3 km) round trip. Parks Canada describes Trail 2b as a roughly 2 km bench section with a 120 m climb; the longer measurement here includes the signed approach from P7 to the exact red-chair viewpoint. Allow about 2 hours for the hike and time at the overlook.
