Sinclair Canyon construction causing access restrictions and delays

Parks Canada says the Sinclair Canyon Project is ongoing on Highway 93S through October 2026. Pedestrian sidewalk access from the Lower Juniper Trail parking area to Sinclair Canyon is closed, sidewalks on both sides of the highway through Sinclair Canyon are closed, and some nearby parking/pullout areas are closed. Motorists should expect single-lane alternating traffic and significant delays, especially at peak times. The Village of Radium Hot Springs and the Radium Hot Springs pools remain open.Official details
