Green Point is the only frontcountry campground in Pacific Rim's Long Beach Unit, set among trees on a bluff above the shore. It works well as a base for spending time on Long Beach, and it has been here since 1962. The campground is 12 km north of the Ucluelet–Tofino junction on Highway 4. The beach is reached on foot from camp; the walk back up the bluff is a noticeably steep climb.

There are 94 powered drive-in sites, 20 unserviced walk-in tent sites, one group site, and one oTENTik, a soft-sided tent on a platform. Walk-in sites are tent-only. Dogs must be leashed in the park, and pets are not allowed at the walk-in, group or oTENTik sites. Drive-in sites vary in length and turning room, so check the individual site details if you are bringing a larger RV.

The campground sits above Long Beach, a broad stretch of sand made for a long shoreline walk. You can head down from camp for the beach and return to the trees afterward, but visitors regularly call out the uphill walk back. Take what you need for the beach in one trip and save some energy for the climb.
