Devils Garden Campground is Arches’ only campground, 18 miles along the main park road, tucked among slickrock outcrops at the far end of the drive. Its 51 sites include two group sites. It’s a rare chance to sleep among the sandstone fins and walk out to nearby arches, but plan ahead for a site.
You can walk from camp to nearby arches and trail routes, including Broken Arch, which makes an early start easier without moving the car. The amphitheater sometimes hosts ranger programs in spring through fall; ask about the schedule at the visitor center on your way in. Campers also value the red-rock views and dark sky after sunset.
