Trail guide
This is the park’s SA PMR 01 out-and-back from the pedestrian sidewalk at Mirador de La Ruleta to Los Tagorores. It’s about 185 m each way, or 0.23 miles round trip; allow 10–15 minutes to walk it and pause at the end. The route rises just 3 m by the park’s figures and is designated for visitors with reduced mobility. Choose it for a quick accessible viewpoint stop; for a longer outing, take the separate Roques de García circuit.
Los Tagorores is a family activity area with views of Roque Cinchado, Teide and Pico Viejo, with Montaña Blanca and the Las Cañadas caldera wall in the wider panorama. Guajara rises behind the Parador. The view is the payoff: a wide frame can hold both the rock formations and the volcanic backdrop.
Begin on the pedestrian sidewalk at Mirador de La Ruleta, off TF-21 around km 46. The walk is free and needs no reservation; two marked spaces at the site are reserved for authorized vehicles. Keep the route names straight: this short spur ends at Los Tagorores, while the separate accessible connection continues about 0.97 km to PNT 03 and the PNT 03 hike is a 3.6 km loop around the Roques.
