Guide
Golf Links lookout is a cliff-edge viewpoint above Leura, reached on the Pool of Siloam walk. It opens onto Jamison Valley toward Mount Solitary and the Three Sisters. From Gordon Falls picnic area, the full walk is about 1.6 km return and takes about an hour. Keep going if you want that open valley outlook; the approach is short but stair-heavy.
The route drops through rainforest to Pool of Siloam and Gordon Creek waterfall, crosses the creek on stepping stones, then climbs stairs to the lookout. The distance is modest, but the stair sections and water crossing make this more effort than a roadside pullout. It is not a step-free stop.
The broad view runs across Jamison Valley toward Mount Solitary and the Three Sisters, with sandstone cliffs framing the forested drop. For a photo, use a wide frame that holds the valley and both landmarks together; it shows the scale better than a close view of one ridge.
