Appistoki Falls is a waterfall on Appistoki Creek in Glacier’s Two Medicine area, reached by a short spur off the Mount Henry Trail. It makes a quick leg-stretcher from Scenic Point parking, but trees and the steep gorge partly screen the falls. Visitors disagree about the payoff, so keep expectations modest if a clear, open waterfall view is what you want.
From Scenic Point parking, it is 0.6 mile each way with 260 feet of gain. The lot is about a quarter-mile east of Two Medicine Ranger Station. The route continues on Mount Henry Trail toward Scenic Point, but that longer hike is optional; the falls are reached by the short spur.

Appistoki Creek flows from the basin below Appistoki Peak and Mount Henry into a steep gorge. The established trail-side view is partly obstructed by trees and terrain, making this more of a close look at water among rock than a broad overlook. Several visitors find the falls difficult to see well, while others enjoy the cascade. The gorge is steep, so stay on the established trail instead of trying to get closer.

The Mount Henry Trail was built in 1913 under contract with the Great Northern Railway to connect Glacier Park Lodge and Two Medicine Chalets. It now also carries part of the Continental Divide Trail. The falls spur is a short side trip from that older route.
