Two Medicine Campground is a 100-site frontcountry campground in Glacier’s Two Medicine Valley, about 13 miles from East Glacier. It partly wraps around Pray Lake, with Sinopah Mountain across the water. Most sites are shaded by trees and offer some privacy. Pick it for the lakeside setting and direct trail access, not full-service RV comforts.
Every site requires a reservation. Only 10 sites accommodate an RV or truck-and-trailer combination up to 35 feet, and none has electrical hookups. Some sites can be uneven or a tight fit for a vehicle, so check the individual site’s limits before booking. The campground is laid out in three paved loops: A, B and C.
The North Shore Trail starts at the campground, so you can head out without moving the car. A seasonal store and gift shop sits on the shore of Two Medicine Lake; small coffee, breakfast and snack options make it useful for more than souvenirs. There is also an amphitheater and food-storage lockers. Boat tours and Red Bus tours operate in the Two Medicine area during the visitor season.
